ORPHANAGE VISIT

The First Year Students got an opportunity to visit an orphanage as a part of their Foundation Course Assignment. As the students reached the destination they were greeted with smiling faces of the children eagerly waiting to see who had come into the abode. Children there informed them about their daily routine and the rules and regulations that everyone in the shelter is supposed to follow. They also met some children who were physically and mentally challenged, which help the students realize the importance of appreciating little things. The students even realized that knowing the ambitions and goals of orphan children the donated amount won’t suffice but they tried their level best to help them. The visit was then accompanied by some games and fun activities. It made the students aware about the under privileged children and inculcated the feeling of empathy. As the meet concluded, a thousand of thoughts were playing in the head of the students; they were completely overwhelmed and stunned by the entire experience, it was absolutely a life changing experience for them.
