The Training & Placement Team, supported by faculty coordinators and student representatives, who continuously work towards enhancing students’ empowerment, employability, and professional readiness. The team remains aligned with the latest industry trends, employer expectations, and evolving market demands to ensure that students are well-trained, guided, and prepared for successful careers. At Kirti College, Committee members strive to develop students not only as skilled professionals but also as responsible individuals with strong values, ethics, and character.

The Training & Placement Cell serves as a strong bridge between academia and industry by offering structured training, internships, industry exposure, and placement assistance. With a focus on career readiness, personality development, professional ethics, and skill enhancement, the Cell is committed to shaping confident, competent, and industry-ready professionals.

Through strong corporate collaborations and employer engagement, the Cell facilitates campus recruitment, internships, live projects, industry interactions, and career guidance, thereby creating meaningful career opportunities for students across diverse sectors.

Student Engagement & Internship Availability

As per NEP framework our students are available for below projects designed to provide practical exposure while contributing meaningful value to organizations and communities. 

• Sem 3 & 5: Field Projects: 30–60 hours (June–September)
• Sem 4: Community Engagement Projects: 30–60 hours (November–February)
• Sem 6: On-the-Job Training (Internship): 100–120 hours (November–February)
